Holistic Festival, Manchester

Teaching and singing at Holistic Festival, Manchester was a huge highlight of 2018 for me! With over 150 people flowing on their mats and singing along to the fringe mantras, I was in heaven! 

Being completely honest, I was nervous at the beginning as it's usually my partner Jodie who teaches the big crowds at the yoga festivals we perform at but as she couldn't make this one it was up to me to spread the fringe method and ensure that the yogis who joined in had a great experience. 

I am so grateful to Holistic for inviting my to perform and believing in me and my music! S?O to @bongo_sean for being the most magical wizard on the bongos and making the music and flow come to life! Love ya Sean!!!
