Happy Sunday!

I cannot believe how close it is to Christmas, it’s actually scary how quickly time is flying. We’ve had a lovely week in the Algarve surrounded by family, chaos and everything that comes with the hustle and bustle of the festive season.

I managed to find my elusive voice at the performance at Salgados Theatre on Monday and it was actually one of my most special performances as my little monkeys told me they were super proud of mummy singing infront of all of their school and their teachers. It really means the world that they feel like that about my singing, I’m conscious that it may not last through teen hood but I will enjoy it for now!!

After having been poorly and a little stressed out (like every mother in the run up to Christmas) I managed to find time to do a beautiful cacao ceremony with the wonderful Amani.

We are so lucky here in the Algarve to have spiritual and powerful people holding space and Amani is such a beautiful soul with a truly calming presence and a new years resolution of mine is to go to her ceremonies much more often as they are so inspiring and re-energising.
