Sometimes you just need to let go of the bullshit that weighs you down and release the inner wild child that occasionally begs for release from the caged bars of civilization. This weekend was just that for me. A chance to let my hair down, be free, jump around like a loony bin to awesome artists/acts and catch up with dear friends, Isle of Wight - you never cease to disappoint! Every year is extraordinary and the line up is consistently eclectic and riveting. No wonder this festival is undeniably better than ever at 50 years young!

There is no better feel good medicine than fun, friends, sunshine and great music.
